Why does the throttle have carbon?

As for throttle carbon deposition, let's start with the power system of automobiles. As we all know, the engine is the heart of the car. The function of the engine is to convert the material into kinetic energy, specifically the gasoline delivered by the fuel tank, jet through the nozzle, mixed with the air in the engine combustion chamber, the ignition and explosion of the spark plug, and the pressure of the air to push the piston down and push the piston down. The cam rotates, thus forming the original power of the engine output to the gearbox. But one thing to add is that the gas emitted by the engine combustor is actually partly mixed with the fresh air of the natural intake pipe through a T type throttle, and then the intake of the engine, in order to increase the temperature of the intake gas.

Carbon in the throttle of a car comes from oil. Oil is a derivative of oil. From crude oil to finished oil, from refinery to gas station, a complex process is needed in the middle. It is necessary to add additives of different formulas. The number 92 and No. 95 gasoline, which we commonly use, refers to the octane number of the oil. But from that we can draw a clear concept that gasoline contains many substances. Since it is a variety of substances, and the proportion of such substances is artificially controlled, such as domestic product oil, which contains formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and emulsifier and other substances.

In the process of delivery, the oil tank, oil pump, gasoline filter, fuel injection nozzle, combustion chamber (including spark plug), valve, throttle and many other components, in the process of transformation from material energy to kinetic energy, there is a part of the material that can not be completely burned under the action of high temperature gas. When the oil molecules are not fully burned, they form deposits that can be attached to the metal surface. Under the continuous action of high temperature, the sediments are sintered and solidified, and eventually carbon deposition is formed. Attached to the throttle is the throttle carbon deposition.
