    2, remove the fixed throttle body multi-pin socket of 2 bolt, the socket on the cable out a little, then if you look closely you will find outlet has a fixed position next to the hole, this hole is the idle speed motor and idle throttle potentiometer positioned between the drive gear shaft axis of the hole.

    3, looking for a higher hardness for iron, polished or screwdriver into the appropriate thickness, the use of positioning shaft hole coming out of the gear shaft, gear can be had to go. Gear for the plastic material, pay attention to red when not to damage the gear gear shaft.

    4, will cover the idle motor on the circuit board out, but a very small part idle throttle potentiometer gear blocked and can not get out of the whole, the position of the icon can only be cut off the plastic part of the circuit board, and then small screwdriver along the edge of the gap above the idle speed motor gently pry the circuit board, the circuit board to get open on one side.

    5, open the idle position above the motor plate screws, remove the positioning plate, idle speed motor can come out. To do some cleaning work on the new motor installed and re-installed the other components.

    6, the throttle body (throttle body) mounted on the engine, the use of basic diagnostic set, test. At this point the end of the maintenance work.

    From the above examples replace the idle speed of the motor can be seen, the replacement process is not difficult. However, the operation should be careful, can not be hurried. Throttle body parts can not be subjected to strong impact, especially vane potentiometer and circuit board can not have a little scratch resistance of carbon, the most important thing is not to install anti-idling motor polarity, otherwise it will come to naught.
